Your contact information is kept for the duration of the contract and for the allocated time period after the account is closed with us, as a company we have yearly reviews to remove all personal data from our systems after this time as it will no longer be needed nor a requirement to be kept within the Company as the account is closed and the allocated time period has passed for holding the personal data on file.
